CA Broadcom Project Portfolio Management (PPM) helps organizations prioritize initiatives, manage projects, and track budget. HueyDesigns was engaged to modernize key screens so teams could understand status faster, collaborate more easily, and make better decisions with less effort.
Approach
HueyDesigns redesigned two core experiences: (1) a streamlined Project Details view that surfaces the essentials—status, tasks, conversations, team, and key dates—plus at-a-glance progress indicators (effort, budget, finish date) and an optional, personalized header to build motivation; and (2) a modular data-visualization dashboard with consistent chart “viewlets” (line, donut, bar, bubble) to help users scan trends, compare performance, and drill into insights.
Results
The updated UI reduced friction in day-to-day project work by making priorities and progress easier to read and navigate. Teams gained faster alignment through clearer status visibility and more usable collaboration surfaces, while the dashboard’s scannable visual system supported quicker decision-making across the portfolio—improving overall satisfaction and adoption.
